Habitat Studio develops living spaces designed to turn physical places into places to live, connect, and belong.
Habitat Studio is AvirArivA's living and property venture, focused on co-living and B2B accommodation.
We make our existing properties and turn them into professionally operated living spaces for people who need a practical, comfortable place to stay.
Our approach starts with a simple idea:
A space can become more than a space.
It can become a place where people live, build relationships, grow, and create memories.
Habitat began with something the family already had: property.
Several family houses had gradually become idle after their previous occupants moved to other cities and started new lives.
Rather than leaving these properties unused, we looked for ways to turn them into productive, sustainable assets. That exploration became Habitat Studio.
What started with property became an opportunity to create places that serve a real need: comfortable, well-located accommodation with a human sense of living.
Habitat primarily operates through B2B accommodation arrangements.
Our customers and partners are organizations that require reliable accommodation solutions for their people, teams, guests or operational needs.
Rather than operating purely as a conventional property-rental business, we focus on creating accommodation environments that can be managed efficiently over the long term.
Habitat was the first venture to emerge from AvirArivA's family-resource approach.
AvirArivA was founded on October 5, 2023 in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The idea behind Habitat preceded the broader portfolio: take resources already available to the family, identify an opportunity around them, and build a sustainable business from it.
Today, Habitat has evolved from a property opportunity into an operating co-living business.
Our model is straightforward:
Existing Property → Opportunity → Accommodation → B2B Partnership → Long-Term Value
We identify properties with the right potential, adapt them for living, and operate them through B2B arrangements.
This allows Habitat to focus on practical fundamentals:
- strategic locations
- comfortable living environments
- efficient operations
- long-term relationships
- sustainable use of existing assets
The goal is not simply to fill a building. It is to make a place work.
Habitat currently operates in Jakarta, Depok, and Surabaya.
Two locations are operating under B2B arrangements, while another location is currently being completed for future operation.
As the portfolio develops, Habitat will continue exploring opportunities where existing properties can become useful, sustainable living environments.
PLACE is where the Habitat story begins.
SPACE → LIVING → EXPERIENCE → MEMORY
Interopera creates digital products, stories, and experiences where technology meets human emotion.
We build worlds to explore, stories to experience, and interactions worth remembering.
InterOpera is AvirArivA's technology, digital products, publishing, media, and experience Studio.
Publishing: Creating books and publishing concepts.
Digital Products: Exploring products and platforms enabled by digital technology and AI.
Interactive Experiences: Designing experiences that invite interaction.
Phygital Experiences: Connecting physical objects and digital environments.
IP & Story Worlds: Developing original stories and IP (Intellectual Properties).
Technology should make experiences more human, not less.
InterOpera emerged from the intersection of two interests: creative storytelling and digital experience.
InterOpera = Interoperability (immersiveness) + Opera (stories/experiences)
Interoperability represents systems, interaction, and connected technology.
Opera represents performance, storytelling, and human experience.
Technology × Interaction × Story × Emotion
InterOpera develops products and experiences for clearly defined audiences.
Senior Citizens: A middle-to-high content publishing concept.
Gen Z & Young Millennials: Story-driven entertainment and publishing concepts.
Digital & Creative Communities: Future interactive, phygital, and IP-driven experiences.
What stays consistent is our focus on creating experiences people can interact with, feel, and remember.
InterOpera is developed from Indonesia with an international outlook.
Current publishing projects are being developed for audiences in:
English-speaking audiences from North Americas & EU countries
The studio's digital and IP-oriented model allows it to work beyond a single geography.
InterOpera is the newest and most experimental of AvirArivA's three current studios.
It was formed by bringing together two earlier digital activities:
AvirArivA Curated Studio: Focused on publishing.
AvirArivA Experience Studio: Focused on phygital emotional-social platforms.
These capabilities were brought together under one studio: AvirArivA Interopera Studio.
Our process starts with an idea, but does not end with a product. We explore:
Technology → Interaction → Story → Emotion → Experience
Technology provides the medium. Interaction gives people a role. Story gives meaning. Emotion makes it memorable.
The result is something people can experience rather than simply use.
Middle-Content Publication
First Pilot Project is publishing product targeting senior-citizen niche in US/CA/UK (mid-Q4 2026).
Urban Fantasy Horror Series
Aimed at Gen Z/Millennials in US/CA/UK (end-Q4 2026).
DejaCard × DejaCosmiX
A phygital ecosystem combining physical card with digital story world (v1.0 to be release November 2026).
InterOpera represents the STORY dimension of AvirArivA.
Habitat creates places.
Culinary creates taste.
InterOpera creates stories.
PLACE × TASTE × STORY
becomes a broader exploration of:
HUMAN EXPERIENCE
And ultimately:
MEMORY. CONNECTION. SHARING.
AvirArivA is a family-operated business based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
We started with something simple: a few family properties that were no longer being used. Instead of leaving them idle, we began looking for ways to turn them into something useful.
Today, AvirArivA brings these activities together through three Studios: Habitat (PLACE), Culinary (TASTE), and Interopera (STORY).
They are different businesses, but they come from the same place: our family, the resources we already have, and our curiosity about what those resources could become.
AvirArivA is a family business with interests across living, food, technology, publishing, and experiences.
We don't really fit into one industry — and that's intentional.
HABITAT (PLACE): Our work with living spaces and B2B accommodation.
CULINARY (TASTE): Our food business covering B2B supply, white-label, and ventures.
INTER-OPERA (STORY): Our exploration of technology, publishing, and phygital ecosystems.
Three different directions. One family business.
AvirArivA didn't begin with the idea of building a group of companies. It began with three family houses that had become idle.
We asked: What can we do with what we already have?
Property led us to Habitat.
Food led us to Culinary.
Technology led us to InterOpera.
Our three Studios weren't planned as three boxes on a corporate strategy slide. They happened naturally.
Look at what we have. See what it could become. Then give it a try.
AvirArivA was founded by a father (Fadjar) and his two children (Addina and Avicenna).
Fadjar Arianto (who was the Managing Director, now turn into Principal Advisor): Enterprise Technology and AI Transformation Leader - ex-IBM ex-Oracle - Leads direction, bringing decades of solution architect experiences from IBM and Oracle multi-industries enterprise clients.
Addina Nurielle Farhani (MarComm Operations Associate): Shapes the brand and communications, leveraging her Marketing Communication background from BINUS.
Avicenna Ravishidqi Farhani (BizTech Operations Associate): Integrating digital solutions, AI frontier platforms and automations into day-to-day business operations, currently still studying Information Systems at BINUS.
In a way, AvirArivA is our real-world classroom.
AvirArivA officially became a business on 5 October 2023.
Based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Our physical roots (like Habitat Studio) operate across Jakarta, Depok, and Surabaya.
Meanwhile, InterOpera is developing projects for audiences globally, targeting English-speaking countries in North Americas and EU.
We are increasingly interested in seeing how ideas that begin here can travel elsewhere.
We don't have a fixed formula. We tend to look at what is already around us—a property, a passion, a skill, a new technology, or simply an idea worth trying.
Then we ask:
• Is there something useful here?
• Could someone else benefit from it?
• Can we actually build it?
• Is it worth pursuing?
Sometimes the answer is yes. Sometimes it isn't. Either way, we learn something. That's how AvirArivA grows.
A co-living space. A food product. A digital story. Very different things, but connected by the experience people have with them.
PLACE · TASTE · STORY
Different starting points. A similar destination: Human Experience.
Our purpose is simple:
1. Grow the business.
2. Empower the family.
3. Be useful to the people around us.
It's a family member names ACRONYM : A (daughter's name) + VI (first son's name) + RA (second son's name) + RI (father's name) + VA (mother's name) = AVIRARIVA.
It's also a special PALINDROME: Try to read it backwards, it is exactly the same text (A-VIR-A-RIV-A = AvirArivA). Which can serve as a philosophy: A company built around family came back to where it started, the family and its surroundings.
We don't know the possibility of Studio No. 4 yet: And that's okay. We don't want to predict every chapter before we write it. There should always be something new to explore.
Culinary Studio develops food products, F&B solutions, and culinary ventures for businesses and consumers.
We believe food can be more than something people eat. It can be something people remember.
Culinary Studio is AvirArivA's food and F&B venture, with a primary focus on B2B HoReCa (Hotels-Restaurants-Cafes)supply.
We develop and supply food products while exploring opportunities across culinary concepts, white-label products, and food-related experiences.
Food Products: Developing products for practical commercial use.
B2B F&B Supply: Supporting businesses that need reliable food solutions.
White Label: Developing products for partners' own brands.
Culinary Ventures: Creating our own concepts and brands.
The Culinary Studio grew from a family interest in food into a business ecosystem.
So instead of asking only: "What food should we make?"
we ask: "What can food become?"
A product can become a meal.
A meal can become an experience.
And an experience can become a memory.
Our primary customers are businesses in the food and hospitality ecosystem.
This includes organizations that need food products, supply solutions, or white-label opportunities as part of their operations.
Our B2B approach allows us to work behind the scenes to create value for both sides. For selected ventures, we also develop proprietary brands and consumer-facing products.
Culinary is rooted in Indonesia and operates from the country's diverse food culture and growing F&B ecosystem.
Our current business model is primarily B2B, giving us the flexibility to work across different commercial channels rather than being tied to a single retail format.
As our portfolio develops, our reach can extend into broader markets and partnerships.
Our current culinary portfolio includes:
Frozen Foods white labels (currently in the form of 6 Pizza variants, Pempek, Tekwan, Gourmet Popcorn and several others still in development phase) to solve B2B HoReCa Clients classic problem on how to have more diversified quality new menus, with minimal-to-zero investments on resources (human/skills/kitchen appliances/time and effort of new menus testing on unproven products).
FOOD → TASTE → EXPERIENCE → MEMORY
